Don't get your taxes done here. One of their "trained professionals" in Livermore falls said i can claim my girlfriend and her son as my dependents while either being incompetent or straight out lying about tax expertise because she didn't know their was a two factor test in which residence and relativity to each other must be passed. I've had my taxes done with them for 3 years and never had a problem until 2023. Every year I paid for audit protection and the boss lady in Farmington had the nerves to tell me the IRS doesn't... read more
