First time with H&R Block here in Oakville with Janny Jiang, I'm highly satisfied with Janny who went through my profile in details. I recently completed my taxes at this establishment and left feeling thoroughly disappointed. Despite only needing assistance with one year of taxes, I was charged a whopping $260. What's more disheartening is that this was during a year when I was a struggling student. Adding insult to injury, I was informed that the closer it gets to the deadline, the higher the price skyrockets. Needless to say, I left feeling utterly dissatisfied with my experience here.
