This place is ridiculous. I dropped my taxes of over a week ago. No one called me after a week so I contacted them only to be told they will call me back. Two days later they called with no message. Two days after that, I went into the office in person and their systems where apparently. Another associate tried to find my documents and after an hour wait they where found. First time with H&R Block here in Oakville with Janny Jiang, I'm highly satisfied with Janny who went through my profile in details. She was even able to remind me some missing tax refund from last year 2023. I'd definitely come back again in next tax season and highly recommend this branch and Janny to anyone.
