I had a tax return prepared at this location and discovered after paying that a key piece of financial information I had provided was completely omitted from the return. This was a material error that impacts accuracy and should not have been missed. I contacted the branch to address the issue and requested a refund since I no longer had confidence in the work. The response was dismissive and the manager did not follow up with me on my request. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.
