The people there were super nice and they got my taxes done . The price is reasonable as well .
In past years I have used HR Block's self service online filing tool. Great UX and very easy to complete your taxes. This year I selected to utilize an HR block tax professional and could not have been more disappointed (I know what you are thinking - my experience is rationally detached from the size of refund/liability due). I submitted all required documents on 2024-02-11 and was told by HR Block the SLA for having my return complete and ready to review was 3 days.
