The staff gets a 5*- never an issue, but.....H&R your prices are totally out of control!! May not be back!
We dropped off our document. They lost our documents. The only possible explanation, as to what happened to them was, "Maybe they got put in the shred pile." I was afraid that was going to happen, because as we were waiting to file there last year, it happened to the people that was ahead of us.
