Would never file with them again this is the 2nd year in a row they failed to inform me that I needed to submit forms to NM state tax services to get my refund back. I figure if your paying them almost 300 to do your return they would handle a problem or atleast inform you of a situation like this so now im still waiting on my return and they were no help other than finally printing my paperwork that I needed to finally submit so I can wait another 12 weeks for my state return. Thanks for helping
I would take your business elsewhere. Refuse to help with my taxes, or talk bout over charges. They’re rude and no help, same with District manager. They need to retrain on customer service.
