Please do your own taxes. H&r block over charges to file taxes. It took two days to file my 1040 and them i took the emeral card thinking that i would recieve an advance. I recieved my refund on the emerald card which by the way, will steal your money. I tried to do an external transfer from the emeral card to my external bank account. Well the transfer never happended. Instead 500.00 waa stolen from my external bank account. Edit 9/2/2025: I did have someone reach out to me from another office 4 days after I posted the review (the weekend plus Labor Day they were closed) who was extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions, and was able to tell me they would be able to handle what I needed should I choose to do it through H&R Block. I had contacted the Mauldin location when I called, but someone from the Easley office called me back instead.
