This H&R Block is the best! Always a great experience when going! Jesse is my prepared. He knows his job, and extends this welcoming hand to even me! I'm always anxious going no matter who does them! He He calms me down and it's always right!
Mary had a serious attitude problem when my tenant requested that they send me a rent certificate. She was extremely condescending and treated me like I was stupid for requesting that they send me an email so i had the correct email address to send the document to. She needs some training on customer service or she needs a new job. I suggest avoiding this location.
