I visited this location around 11:30, and a girl at the front desk was busy talking to her friend about personal matters instead of assisting me. I know this because I waited there and heard their entire conversation. My two friends and I wanted to file our taxes with you, but due to the lack of response, we left. It was disappointing to wait there and not hear back from you.
