Julie was the rudest person I ever I ran across. She is very entitled and wants to talk down to customers when she is just sitting there doing nothing. This is the worse experience in my life with anyone
Julie felix was very rude with me . She wanted to laugh at what I went to school with and pretty much told me to do the taxes myself I will never recommend this place to anyone.
I never had to use a tax advisor before, but this year I received a letter from *lovely* RITA (Regional Income Tax Agency) informing me I owe city taxes, because I moved. I came into the Eastgate branch and Erin Reddick has been awesome getting me through this. She explained everything, answered my questions the best of her ability, and has saved a bit of my money. Highly recommended!!
