Deceptive marketing practices - I only went there as they advertised for $80, and at the end they charged me $174.00 , as usual hidden cost. I dont know why they hide just tell us the actual cost.
H & R is a reliable, quick and accurate tax company. Our agent, Sue Bacon was pleasant, efficient and professional.
I never write reviews but this entire experience was so bizarre. I scheduled an appointment online and received a phone call the next day about how they need to reschedule me because no one is at that location. Cool, It was someone calling me from corporate is what I assume. I put the exact date and time they gave me into my calendar and I get a message the day prior that I missed my appointment. Kim processed taxes incorrectly and then I had to pay hundreds more due to her error. Take your taxes to an accountant. And if they do make an error and you didn't take out their 40 dollar insurance policy, you pay! Not to be trusted!
