Have been told multiple times the person assigned to me would get in touch. It's been months and I've heard nothing from this person even after I've called that office and visited them multiple times. I've had to file 2 extensions with the IRS. Stay away from here.
I called today (2/21/25 @ 11:17am) to look for my tax pro,The girl that’s in front desk has horrible customer service. I wasn’t sure what location she said in the beginning so when asked to confirm she didn’t respond back to my question without letting me know, she put me on hold, which then sent me to the call center. Had to wait another 5-8minutes just to speak with someone.

Costumer service sucks. I had an appointment at 6, is 6:25 and nobody help me out, besides that I came to front desk and talk the man who was there and asked how long would take for my appointment because was already 25 minutes late. He was watching movies in his phone, he looked at me and told me what you wanna me do? Do you want me to drag the costumer so you can come in? I smiled sarcastic and said I’m not a costumer ?
