First time going to H&R Block , Iryna was so sweet and informative, she helped me and my husband with the taxes she was even kind to my daughter , she made the process feel comfortable. I’ll be back for sure !!
This was so awkward. Well the front desk hispanic looking lady was nice, but when I talked to the tax preparer older white lady, she was so ughhh. I would ask her something and she would just stare at me blankly for a LONG time, and not say anything. It wasnt asking anything absurd, just basic tax questions. This blank stare happened multiple times. I'm not sure if she was just out of it, or if she was being rude. Didnt openly give advice, I really had to dig to get a basic question answered.
