I've had H&R Block do my taxes for 5 years now, but in 2024 I had a horrible experience. My previous tax professional had retired so I was forced to pick someone else. Barbara Mackewicz was who I was paired with. She entered in multiple numbers incorrectly, including my birthday and numbers I had typed out for her regarding my small business.
