The staff was amazing. The person at the front desk was very professional and helped me get an appointment even though I stupidly forgot to confirm the booking. And my tax agent was very friendly and it was just a nice an experience as it was last year. Trying to get my taxes ready was an ordeal, but zero stress once I walked through the door.
Wanju was great! She was very thorough thru the entire process.
Needed help with taxes. Made an appointment online for the very same day and was helped by Joan, who did a fantastic job.
