I had an appointment with Janice a month ago for me to drop off my taxes and talk to her for 15 minutes. When I showed up, the receptionist informed me that the 15 minutes was just a “15 minute window to drop my taxes off.” I left work in the middle of the afternoon to do this. My experience at H&R Block is always a very good one. My tax preparer is always very knowledgeable and makes the filing process quick and efficient. They help with any problems that arise, and they treat me as if they care about me as an individual. I know I can trust H&R Block and their employees. My tax return is always filed accurately and securely. It's a huge comfort to know that it's in good hands.
