First time and I learned a lot from her
I had a very pleasant experience doing my taxes with Shelley at this H&R Block. She was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire meeting. While I don't condone TurboTax and H&R block using government lobbying to prevent the IRS from just telling US citizens how much they owe and cutting out the middleman, I do condone helpful people working to make the experience a little less painful. I would recommend H&R Block over TurboTax.
