Elena is absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive to detail and efficient. She explained the work to my aging parents in a way they could follow along and understand. I am so grateful for her knowledge, ability to correct our errors, and patience during a stressful time. The price was reasonable and the peace of mind for our whole family is priceless. Thank you Elena! You are the best! Also, a shout out to the whole Brookline office for being a kind to us!
Rude unprofessional employees do not go here i called to set up an appointment when im telling her the exact services im looking for she cuts me off with an attitude telling me she doesn't have time to talk on the phone if im going to pay for a service I have to make sure you guys can actually do what I need so im not wasting time!!!
