Marta Horecki & Marie at the Port Chester, New York location are wonderful assoicates of this branch. I have been to this location three times. They have always have remained friendly, professional & supportive during the Tax Season. I will continue to use this establishment because of them & how they have accomidated me each year.

I found the manager on 4/15/2024 (evening manager) to be extremely rude, belligerent, and threatening. She is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional and should not be managing a location. She has no customer service skills and should be trained to not be threatening customers/clients. I have been using H & R Block for many years and this manager made the customer care or service experience a living nightmare for any client!!!!! I will give 0 star to that lady named fanny Ortiz . So rude lady .and I am not happy to do taxes with her . I told to her close the website my information and when I was went to other h r block , my information still in computer and dosent work again ..!!!!
