I first spoke to the receptionist (i didn't get her name) who was very helpful to myself and the Senior Tax Specialist Idalia, who was as helpful and professional as the receptionist. They treated me with respect and genuinely had good faith to help me with my account information that was lost. I am hopelessly unequiped to do my taxes. I just can't be bothered. As much as people say it is expensive to go to H&R, it's quick and painless and I actually scored a $100 off coupon for my tax prep because I was registered online, which came in handy. And I got a refund! How can you not love that?
