Ben Freeman, our CPA, for our 2024 federal tax return failed to note that documents were missing resulting in our have to pay extra taxes with penalties and interest. We feel that H& R Block should be liable for at least the penalty and interest. An accountant should have picked that up prior to filing, like another CPA in this office did. We are very disappointed in this company and hope they do well by us
