I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with H&R Block. They submitted my tax return with an incorrect bank account number, which caused my IRS payment to fail. I reached out to the assigned accountant via email twice—no response. I also called their office multiple times, and eventually, they just stopped answering the phone altogether. I’d suggest another H&R Block, girl at the front doesn’t give the vibe that she actually cares. She wants you in and out and nobody else was looking to help or suggest anythibg either. They had better service when they were offering gift cards for reviews, wonder why.
I had to chase the accountant everyday to beg him to do the work I paid him for, this place completely disregards you as a customer and couldn’t care less if they do a good job or if it’s done by the deadline. Avoid at all costs
Had a quick experience with my new accountant at the LIC location. A wonderful and helpful team. Will see them again soon!
