I had issues with my previous accountant and Emily was able to explain the problems clearly and guide me through how to claim more deductions for my personal return next year. I felt cared for, and she was clearly invested in helping me get the best possible outcome.
The service at H&R Block Port Melbourne was poor, I will not be returning to this branch. I waited in reception for 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment, he took a call from another customer during our appointment and was extremely rude and unhelpful to them before ending the call abruptly, and he had bad body odour. The return was very low in comparison prior years, and I requested the cost of service to be deducted from my return which he failed to do.

I recently received a letter from the ATO stating I was overpaid in a tax return completed by an accountant here. Turns out the accountant selected the wrong tax claim code for my private health insurance. I went into the office and all they could offer was an apology. I submitted a complaint online almost 4 weeks ago and haven't received a reply.
