I have been in customer service for over 40 years. I have assisted every kind of customer, guest,service there is! My husband and I put Victoria at H&R Block in Lake Wales through the wringer! The worst being at 9 pm on April 15th! Victoria never had the dreaded attitude that you sometimes get when you have pushed them to the limit.
