I tried giving h&r block a second chance and the person that frustrated me and was extremely rude to me at the first location was at this location
I had a phenomenal experience this evening with Marian! She was extremely helpful and had a light spirit throughout the appointment. The only feedback I have was that her manager kept breaking her focus. Despite this she provided amazing service, and I would highly recommend her to others. Deborah was great too, very friendly and helpful despite the fact I was not her client!!
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. A lady called back because they missed my call. I explained to her that I saw veterans receive free or discounted tax services. Then I explained my situation and all she could say like I was a child was " we still have to charge you" I explained to her 5 times that I understand that. Then I proceeded with my situation and all she could say was " we still have to charge you" . Get grip lady or go grab a beer and relax. Nobody was asking for something for free!!! Geez! This review is for Marian Burt (Senior Tax Analyst) specifically. What an angel she is. She was professional, extremely competent, trustworthy, and kind. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was patient with me while explaining complex tax topics. I could feel that she cared about me as a human being, not just as a number in a computer system. SHE is who I recommend for taxes going forward. Thank you Marian!
