Michelle Hayes was beyond amazing with me. She treated me with kindness and I felt like a seen person, not a number as she worked with me. I am thankful for the chance to work with her and how she was so patient with me!
Michelle had left a message on my cell phone and since I was in the neighborhood I stopped by to check in with her. She finished my tax return on her lunch break. I went in to reschedule. The "secretary" said I could drop them off. I didn't even know I could and I thought that's even better. I was told they'd call me that night or by the next morning. No one called. I had to reach out to them the next afternoon. Then I was told someone will call me that afternoon and still no one called.
