Tax preparer was absolutely outstanding on all fronts. H and R Block IT is horrendous. The applications are inefficient and unclear which means no one consulted the tax preparers on how to make it better - it was done cheaply. Phone system is antiquated and inefficient. Billing by the page for tax prep means you are unfortunately paying for every 1099, etc. instead of a price for 5 and then more for each additional at say, $2.
