When I personally visited the office to follow up on my tax application—which still hadn’t been filed—I was met with shockingly poor treatment by the male receptionist (with a ponytail). He was extremely rude, dismissive, and outright refused to answer my questions, even telling me to leave. It left me feeling like choosing H&R Block to handle my taxes was a huge mistake. Took two months to get my taxes back never got a call and then it was super expensive to have the paid for and efiled and they weren't even efiled right away. Never going back
