This was 2nd appt with the location.The first appt was sent without location. I show up early today to an empty office. A lady come from the back at 2,;00 to let me know that she just started with someone. Mind you, my appt was also at 2 00. This is not the busy season, so not certain about the delay. This was my first time with them and at 2:15, I am leaving and will not consider them again. Horrible service and I will tell everyone that I meet!!!
I had to explain how to file a corrected W-2 after going back to ADP and asking questions. My “ Tax professional” Also handed me somebody else’s Tax return information thinking that it was mine. Luckily I noticed before we left and I handed the back. Wasted four hours of my time and paid an outrageous amount. I would not recommend for anyone

She took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible outcome. Filing taxes can be stressful, but their expertise and friendly attitude made it an easy and even enjoyable experience.
