The worst experience ever. After paying a huge service charge, there is no responsibility from their side. Never respond to email and cold response over call. Won’t recommend to anyone. Better go for any local tax agent which would be cheap and responsible.
Tony is fantastic. I've been going to this location for years now just because of Tony. Very knowledgeable and always keeps me updated and always answers questions no matter what time of year it is. Tony takes the stress out of doing taxes and actuallycares about his clients. The returns are always the bonus
From start to finish it was great. It was my first time here and I was given such a warm welcome. I spoke to Fazana Ganie and she offered me the option of waiting or making an appointment, so I made an appointment and she gave me one on the same day, she was so nice, please keep it up. When I came back for my appointment, Bushra Mughal greeted me and did my tax report with me, she answered all my questions and was done with everything so quickly. I would 100% recommend H&R Block. Please keep it up, you guys are really great.
