I’m deeply disappointed by my recent experience at H&R Block. One staff member was shockingly rude and unprofessional. As someone who is handicapped, I found her lack of patience and empathy especially hurtful. She didn’t listen and showed clear disrespect, particularly toward senior clients. After being a loyal customer for years, this experience was upsetting enough that I won’t be returning. I truly hope management addresses this behavior so others aren’t treated the same way.
Had them done several times by Tony at this location. Couldn't reccomend more. From small simple refunds to complex multi year returns he is getting you ever single penny. 10/10
Made my taxation so easy and smooth
Last year I called h&r in tbay to inquire how do I go about doing my taxes seeing how I haven't filed in 3 years. They asked me for permission and I said yes , 3 days later they called saying my taxes were done 🤯
