I filed my US taxes with them, they never answer their phone when you need them.
I had shit experience these past couple days with H&R Block and won’t be coming back. I made an appointment with a different location and was told I have to come to this location and should have gotten a call stating that this is the only location that can do my returns, the representative from a Hamilton location then called this Burlington location to have someone file my taxes on my appointment day or the following day. The experience was good with Carol as a first timer in canada
Carol did a good job. As a first timer in Canada filing for the first time she made it very simple and interesting.
First time coming here as it was more convenient then driving all the way to hamilton. Akm Abdullah helped me out so much with all my needs and tax returns and I gladly appreciate how he went above and beyond. Will definitely come back for more help.
