Absolutely the worst place to come to file your taxes. I made an appointment, I still had to wait over an hour to see someone. When they finally came out to help me they told em that I would be getting a phone call to let me know that everything is ready and to come in and pay, they never called, and due to this my taxes are getting filed late which I am not happy about. I called to ask what was going on with my taxes and they told me to come in and pay, they also mentioned that I don’t need to make an appointment to do this... read more

She called back and I just had to be patient and was informative about the services, knowledgeable and transparent about the challenges.
