I booked an online appointment a week in advance and specified the reason for the appointment. I needed to complete taxes for my late mother including her final return and indicated so in the meeting details. On the day of the appointment I called to clarify location and they told me that they didn't in fact complete final returns at that location. It wasted everyones time, not sure why I wasn't notified earlier.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance and when I called to confirm the appointment the day of I was told that the office hours had been cut back and they would not be able to accommodate my 9-5 work schedule. I then asked if any other options where available and I was told that my only option would be to submit all of my own information to their website and use their automated service. Horrible service. People there don’t even take the time to look through your queries. They have zero communication with other locations. They couldn’t even provide me with the tax return information from last year. When they didn’t even send an electronic copy last year. No accountability taken. Staff should be held accountable.
We calculated the tax for the first time. The service is good, but there is no toilet. Very expensive. Since this is our first declaration, we paid $135 for one, $270 for two, plus we pay $15 for one time and can call the consulate if we have questions, plus tax it came out to $300. This company was recommended to me, but I didn't know that the price was different for newcomers.
Excellent service. Very friendly and professional! 5 stars.
