First time ever I was told that I had to pay upfront and it was more than what I was receiving for my return. The return was also sent to a dominion bank I did not authorize and they never told me of this. I received the most horrible experience ever. I.will never do taxes here again.
You should be telling EVERYONE who comes to you that this extra "peace of mind" charge is OPTIONAL, and not something you force on your customers by making them sign without telling them. Crazy way to make an extra $16! On top of this, I've come to realize that you will charge even more for a returning customer than you did their first visit. I've experienced two H&R Block locations doing this. Never again.
