I worked with Nina, who provided good customer service, but the team hesitated to give me a price range. Once the taxes were done, I was charged a shocking amount. When I asked for an explanation, they claimed that the software determined the charge. I will never return to this location and do not recommend Nina. I was definitely overcharged.
Never again, owed the CRA $3000, because the "Tax Expert" didnt capture 3/4 of our tax slips despite charging us extra to do so. But because we didnt fork out even more money, thats our problem. Dont use H&R Block there are countless of bad reviews on the BBB site where taxes have been filed incorrectly by their staff. They take 0 accountability. they file your taxes quickly but then close by the time (june onwards) the returns com back with errors…
A huge waste of money. The cost jumped drastically from what was quoted. Just so disappointed with the whole experience. I will never recommend their service to anyone.
Christina provided such excellent service. She assisted us two years in a row and we would be more than happy for her to assist us every year. She is really thorough, very professional, and super efficient. Thank you Christina!!
