I was waiting for help when there was no other customers in the office, the lady at the front dest proceeds to make jesters at the other lady in the back her name was Aaron I believe the First Lady does not realize that there is reflection in the glass and what she just jestered was at me and my partner sitting in the waiting room complaining about having 2 years of tax papers and made a mean face, a paying customer does not want to see. the two two ladies continue to talk about everyone else’s taxes but still does not help ... read more
