Employees having a shouting match at each other today in front of lots of customers, well the manager was pretty calm for someone who was being shouted at. the lady who does the taxes was loud and irate we thought they would eventually come to blows until the manager walked off. The wait time is ridiculous you book an appointment and still have to wait hours until they take you back. Not to mention how over price they are
Although though the staff in the office I went to is good getting an appointment to hold is a joke. Out of the last 4 years I've had every single one drop off. This year due to previous problems I called and confirmed my appointment at the office yet got down there and found the appointment was no longer on the books. H&R Block.
