friendly Staff
The front desk woman was very rude and condescending. I had an appointment for 1:00 pm I waited for 20 minutes for her to tell me that there's two people ahead of me.
I HAVE USED H AND R BLOCK SINCE RETIRING TO FILE ONLY FED TAXES PERTAINING TO MY PENSION AND SS TAXES THROUGH A 1099 AND EVERY YEAR VERY SATISFIED WITH REFUND [3000 OR MORE] AND WILL FILE AGAIN WITH THEM THIS YEAR. MELISSA DOES GREAT JOB.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away! I have had nothing but issues with their service and online service. I’ve asked several times for someone to contact me and a manager to call me as I was dissatisfied with their service and lack of communication. No manager contacted me. Instead a random employee just messaged me in their own system and did my taxes without emailing me and speaking to me.
