Worst. Left without doing business. Ken said " I don't like doing corporate taxes and also said I am not a bookkeeper." Price is not commensurate to level of enthusiasm. He was recommended and started to complain as soon as I sat down... "it would have been nice if he (referring person) had called me"... Not my fault. Ken should retire if Ken is tired.
Unfortunately, I will not be going back. After signing and paying, I informed Ken that we would be filing for a payment plan for the Federal. I gave my banking info for my Colorado refund I was to receive. After getting a disturbing notification while out of town weeks later, that a large amount of money had been taken out of my checking account. I realized that this H & R Block office took my banking info and processed a payment to the IRS for over $4k, without agreement or prior notice! Needless to say, I was negative in m... read more
