I walked in today to try to file my taxes. No one welcomed me in and I went to speak with Ms. Ester at the front desk and she asked if I have a scheduled meeting. I told her no then she proceeds to put me on hold to communicate with a Hispanic lady who was already sitting in the waiting area. Then proceeds to give her help and allowed her to leave.
