Went to this location last year in Jan to inquire about Roth IRA withdrawal and the taxes associated. Followed their instruction which was gravely incorrect.
The worst experience ever. Amit would not answer the phone, meet, or speak with me. He only sent papers to sign. Be extremely careful of this tax preparer.
Do not use this location! They do not have qualified tax professionals. We ended up switching because the so called tax pro, (Tesia Thomas) is incompetent and lied to us multiple times. Tesia Thomas said that our 1098 mortgage interest statement was included, but couldn't show the document in the H&R Block portal, which created a $1,300 bill to the IRS. She put us on hold multiple times and at one point for 40 minutes. We learned later that she put us on hold because someone else came into the office and she left to help the... read more
I made an appointment for same day at 6pm. Got two confirmation emails and was even prompted to make an online account so that I would be ready for my in person meeting. When I arrived the door was locked, I called the number twice no one answered. I had to knock on the door several times only to be greeted by some lady saying there were no appointments.
