If I could put 0 stars I would. I saw Andrew Marr for my taxes and I’m appalled. First of all, I almost over payed $1,400 because he didn’t add any of my mileage discounts. Once I realized that, I went back in asking about it and he tried to shift the blame onto me by saying “well you never gave me any mileage.” Meanwhile, he NEVER asked me for mileage and I’m a first time tax payer who doesn’t know how this works. Sam the man is who knows how to get some things done
Just left this location 30 mins ago. I don’t know his name but older guy with gray hair - I came in with questions and he was literally the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a long time. Very condescending, will not return nor give H&R Block anymore business.
