H&R Block is not helpful whatsoever. I do not recommend coming in person, IF you file with H&R Block you’d be better doing it online. Regardless their fees are insane. I go in person because I am someone who needs help with my taxes, but they do not explain anything to you and they do not acknowledge you. I was waiting at the front desk for 15 mins because the lady working there was on a phone call, she did not acknowledge me at all until she hung up. The representatives are the exact same. They waisted my time were very unprofessional and I told them upfront that I had already filed several times, was already aware of my return being possibly applied for debt owed and under the impression that my return was rejected three times. They led me on a goose chase told me everything I already know said that I used up two hours of their time and took 54 dollars from me when they should have apologized and given me the entire fee of 204 dollars back they had the audacity to just give me one hundred fifty back after bei... read more
Terrible customer service. I have an appointment @9am and there is no one inside. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and I’m on the phone with the call center and they can’t get ahold of anyone. Dont recommend.
You guys are having people pay for services and provide no real help or answers. Managers have been requested, and no one has reached out as said they would. I would not recommend H&R block. You will also pay more than they originally stated, so be prepared for that. I really hope someone there sees this and actually does something. So frustrating.
