Went there to try to get help with a semi complicated tax issue and was immediately talked down to, interrupted and talked to like I know nothing. Tim is possibly one of the most condescending people I've met. My issue related to military severance pay and being owed the taxes back. Tim refused to believe me, wouldn't look into it at all, and told me good luck when I said I would go somewhere else.
