Called the place today to ask a simple question and to see if I can get a solution. And get some rude guy on the phone, basically telling me I'm on my own. Suppose to be a professional tax pro and help customers right? Need to to retire or quit if you don't like it dude.
this place was very unprofessional, and the staff seem races... I walked in and asked the guy can he help me with my taxes and he just said hang on.. he went in the back and giggled and talked to this lady for the next hour as I waited, no one ever came out to help me so I left
I highly recommend Been doing my taxes for years and always find a discount And always get And always gets us a maximum refund
