Absolutely amazing service and stunning knowledge!!! Nereida Ramirez did such an wonderful job helping me get my taxes started early and even helping me get approved for the Emerald Advance loan, which is up to $1500 this year!!! Thank you so much H&R Block for always having my back during these stressful, end of the years matters! Very bad experience with Mrs. Marisela de la 75 and Thomas it was a horror to have gone to that office I do not recommend them very rude I recommend more All insurense there they charge 100 dollars cheaper than HYBLOCK

Advance Loan is a scam, I've filed every year for the past 5 years and they get you in there under the impression you could get anywhere from $250-4000, knowing it's tough right now. People have kids and work, Christmas just past and not to mention rent and everything else just to get through life. So you file with H& R Block just to get an email/text w/n 24hrs stating unfortunately blah blah blah but my returns are anywhere from $8-10,000.
