Great tax preparation agent and I’ve returned because of her expertise and friendliness. But H&R Block charged me 63% of my return amount this is so highly unethical and offensive I will never return or recommend H&R Block to anyone. I had a measly $300 return amount and they charged me $190 for 1.25 hours of work. That is $2.53 per minute! Caveat emptor.
I walked into this office and asked for an appointment over the phone I was scheduled for an appointment and the appointment is 11:30 AM waited for a call the tax preparer calls me at 12 o’clock I let her know that you’re 30 minutes late at this point I told her I’ll just reschedule gave her an opportunity to make this thing right she Asked her for today 12:30pm She told me 12:45pm today waited the time is almost 1 o’clock and she didn’t call again so I called this office and canceled me completely out I want to say that is ... read more
