Does not honor free filing as advertised
Dropped my stuff off on a Wednesday. Called multiple times to follow up. When I finally got through to someone the pulled up my information and said “ no one has started it. Don’t know why” then they said they would call back and never did . I tried following up for a week and eventually gave up. Worst experience ever.
Mary Bone is amazing. She helped me do an amended 2022 after my employer made a mess of that year. Highly recommended! Life saver!
