My first time using H&R customer service was great as I walked in the door. I was also accommodating for my time. Thanks to Mrs. C Richardson for welcoming me to her desk with good service, helped me understand how my taxes was being filed and answered my questions. She explained the process and went through the steps made sure everything was correct. We had a great conversation on how to be prepared for next year tax season. She finished in a timely manner.
