Excellent service
I had a very disappointing experience with H&R Block. We paid extra for their support service specifically so that if any issues came up later, they would handle it or at least guide us properly. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. From the beginning, the environment and staff behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. When we received official letters stating that we needed to repay an amount due to a change in our status, we contacted them for help.
