I've been a local and loyal customer for years. I always patiently wait for my appointment time even though it's never when scheduled. I come back when things are missed. I had it today. I requested and reiterated how I wanted a cheque for my tax return and they sent us home with the H&R Block Credit card, which as a customer you need to go to the bank, set it up, get charged a lot of fees which they say is "normal". I have been getting my taxes done by Sandy Tsang at H&R Block Como Lake for several years. I always return confident that I will be treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. This year was no exception, and I was amazed at not only how quickly Sandy processed my return but at the refund she calculated for me. Thanks again Sandy, see you next year.
This H&R Block location, along with Bita is a complete joke. I had the pleasure to converse with Bita once (and only once) about my corporate tax return needs and that was it, I never heard from her again. All the emails I sent and voice messages I left her went unanswered. I never expected such level of unprofessionalism in this area of business. I know the management is monitoring feedback and responding to them and yet, nothing has been done to improve their quality of service and image.
