I did not have a good experience with Julie Calderon! Very low energy & unprofessional. Took a phone call with another customer in my face for 10 minutes during my appointment. Then, in the midst of talking to me, answered the phone again and sat on the phone for 3 minutes ! I left before even filing, waste of time! Will look for a better service elsewhere.
I went there for a technical issue and while the office is a separate entity Shondale was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to call someone who could provide assistance and he extended his time. I would have let their corporate office know but it appears HR block when they have any tech issues they ensure customers are limited in their ability to voice concern. Anywho Thanks to Shondale
The tax professional doing my taxes was very polite and courteous.
