The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and are willing to explain step by step of what the process is in filling your taxes.
Good overall because as a service member, I filed for free using the Miltax version of the software. Although I couldn't file 'married but filing seperatly' on the app for State which is the state of California. I had to go to the main office to file State taxes. It worked great with federal. So please, fix the software to file state taxes with married but filing separately. Awesome App. Easy to use as well. I also like to state that the tax preparer was awesome. She was very professional and helpful.
