When I showed up for my appointment they told me we could not do this. Unprofessional service and team at this branch.
5 hours ago NEW I have dealt with h & r block for years and never had an issue. The one shut down in my town so I went here. Awful service. Filed my taxes incorrectly and I have to fix them on my own now. Put my marital status incorrectly. I highly recommend going elsewhere to have your taxes done.
Was here last year they messed up my return tried again this year dropped off my taxes it's over a week and still did not look at it I will never use this place again
Have been going to them for years for an instant refund. Well no more. I file on my own going forward on wealth simple and my full unreduced refund is deposited in less than 5 days. My last time dealing with them, a mystery debt to them appeared, and wanted to seize over half my return. After calling CRA to verify it as untrue and that my refund will be direct deposited by them and not H and R. They have lost my business forever. And I will advise anyone against going to them as well.
